Our system is simple to understand. Here is how our Agency operates:
You submit a request for quotation. This includes a page count, an urgency level, and a short description of the materials to be reviewed. You can submit this request from a convenient online form found here.
We reply with a quotation immediately. Your price for the work is fixed at this point and will not change unless the page count of the received work is incorrect.
You submit the work and payment when you wish us to begin.
Upon receiving the work, we review it immediately for the following criteria:
- Completeness. If your email says 10 pages but the document contains only 8, we will communicate with you to verify that something is not missing;
- Page Count. If our page count disagrees with yours, we will communicate this to you and let you decide how we can resolve the situation;
We then assign this project to one of our trusted English experts for review. He or she will carefully read your requirements, then analyze the documents attached for clarity, correct grammar, punctuation, and spelling, and good choice of words (neither too simple nor too complex). Upon completion, the expert will reply with comments and corrections suggested for your project.
When we receive the expert’s report, we will review it ourselves to ensure that it meets our client’s needs and reflects the high standards we set for this Agency. If everything meets this ‘second glance’ approval, we forward the information to you so that you can take direct action to repair the errors and improve your image.
